Thank you once again for the fabulous meals that you and your staff provided for the skiers and guides attending the Ski for Light 2007 event at William Watson Lodge in Kananaskis. After spending many hours of the day skiing the trails, it was great to return to the lodge for a great meal. the numerous hours that you devoted to make sure that we were adequately and nutritionally fed were greatly appreciated!

Not only are you great cooks but you also took the time to interact with and get to know many of the skiers and guides which added positively to the meal time environment at the lodge.
