Pre-Booking Questions

Questions you need to answer before talking with the caterer:

  1. Do you have a location & date chosen?

  2. Is there a kitchen facility with running water?

  3. Are there stove(s) & fridge(s)? What are their sizes.

  4. Is there a commercial dishwasher?

  5. How many guests will be attending the function?

  6. Are there children? If so, how many and what are their ages (3 – 10 yrs & under 3 yrs)?

  7. Are there any vegetarians? Do they eat chicken or fish?

  8. Are you requiring place settings, tablecloths, napkins, etc. (paper or china)? Is rental required?

  9. Is set up & take down of tables and chairs required?
